Important Information Regarding COVID-19

The safety and well-being of our families and their pets have always been of the utmost importance to us. In response to the ongoing concerns around COVID-19, we will be following the protocol outlined below:

  • As of April 5th, we will have entered Phase #1 of our reopening plan.
  • We will be allowing owners into the clinic’s reception space to pickup/drop off their pets and to pick up food/medications from our reception team.
  • We can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 2 PEOPLE inside at reception.
  • Masks are requested but not required for those entering the clinic.
  • Unfortunately, during our Phase #1 we will not be allowing owners into the exam rooms since we are unable to maintain an appropriate amount of space to socially distance.
  • During the exam we ask that owners leave the clinic as our reception capacity is limited. Please keep your phones on and anticipate a call from the doctor to discuss findings and to make a plan for your pet.
  • No treatment or vaccines will be given without permission from the owner.
  • Once the patient is ready to go, owners will be asked to return to the clinic for patient pick up.
  • We ask that anyone who is feeling sick or has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 does not bring their pet into the clinic (please have someone else bring them in or reschedule the appointment).
  • We ask that anyone entering the clinic has been fully vaccinated (at least 2 vaccines).
  • We are happy to continue our curbside operations for anyone who would rather not enter the clinic at this time- please call reception on arrival and someone will come outside to help you.
  • We recommend anyone picking up food to look into our online ordering store to limit contact.
